Tier 1

All of the great services above and five (5) hours of remote assistance per computer per year.
This package is billed at $30 per license per month at a contract length of 1 year.

Tier 2

All Tier 1 services and UNLIMITED remote assistance for all of your computers.
This package is billed at $40 per license per month at a contract length of 1 year. Minimum of 10 computers.

Tier 3

All Tier 1 and 2 services and UNLIMITED on-site service for all of your computers.
This package is billed at $50 per license per month at a contract length of 1 year. Minimum of 20 computers.

Tier 1

All of the great services above and five (5) hours of remote assistance per computer per year.
This package is billed at $30 per license per month at a contract length of 1 year. Minimum of 10 computers. Maximum of ten (10) hours of remote assistance per month.

Tier 2

All Tier 1 services and UNLIMITED remote assistance for all of your computers.
This package is billed at $40 per license per month at a contract length of 1 year. Minimum of 10 computers.

Tier 3

All Tier 1 and 2 services and UNLIMITED on-site service for all of your computers.
This package is billed at $50 per license per month at a contract length of 1 year. Minimum of 10 computers.
